Position : Indoor Sales & Marketing Executive

We're a growing aluminium door and window company known for our quality craftsmanship, customer service, and attention to detail. As we expand our retail and project-based business, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Indoor Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales team and engage customers with professionalism and energy.

Indoor Sales Support

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and walk-ins
  • Assist clients with product information, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate site measurement appointments and installations with the operations team
  • Maintain records of leads, quotations, and customer interactions

Marketing & Admin

  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and create basic content
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Support the team in preparing product brochures, samples, and presentation materials
  • Update company website and listings with new products or project photos

    • Sales Coordination

  • Track leads and help move them through the sales funnel
  • Work closely with project and sales teams to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Maintain CRM system and update databases regularly

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related field
  • Strong communication and people skills - friendly, helpful, and professional
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), social media, and basic design tools (Canva, etc.)
  • Interest in interior design, architecture, or building products is a plus
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus to liaise with a diverse customer base
