Job description
Key Responsibilities
Lead business development and client acquisition across key segments including HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors in the digital asset and asset management space.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, trading volume, and AUM growth targets across multiple products (e.g. funds, structured products).
Manage and expand relationships with top-tier clients, acting as a trusted advisor to provide tailored investment and trading solutions.
Oversee the entire sales lifecycle — from market mapping and pipeline building to deal execution, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless client experience and ensure operational excellence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market channels to enhance brand visibility and market share.
Provide market insights and feedback to leadership on client trends, competitor activities, and product development opportunities.
Represent HashKey Capital externally at conferences, industry events, and client meetings, strengthening the firm’s positioning and network.
Build, coach, and lead the sales team, fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture with clear targets and accountability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
8+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or relationship management within financial services, investment management, or digital assets.
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and managing key client relationships at a senior level.
Deep understanding of investment products and fund distribution.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence both internally and externally.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms; strong presentation and analytical capabilities.
