Job Description :
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements :
