Senior Accountant (Healthcare Group)

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, ledgers, and statements for all clinics under the group.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations in line with group SOPs.
• Monitor the financial performance of each clinic, prepare clinic-level profit & loss reports, and flag variances.
• Chase outstanding payments from patients, insurers, and partners to ensure timely collections and healthy cashflow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports for management review.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings, GST, and regulatory documents.
• Track compliance with accounting standards, MOH regulations, and group-wide financial SOPs.
• Support management in developing budgets and forecasts for clinics and group expansion.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify cost savings, efficiency gaps, and opportunities for growth.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to maintain financial integrity and accountability.
• Perform other finance- or clinic-related duties as required to support the group’s operations.
