Job Descriptions : To represent Company
in issues relating to Quality of works. Liaise closely with BCA in
the development of Quality efforts.
Guide site
team in setting Quality Objectives for the respective
Project.
Conduct meetings with staff &
sub-contractors focused on achieving quality objectives.
Guide site team in producing CONQUAS / QM assessment and
coordinate with BCA to conduct pre-assessment in quality
meeting.
Set up CONQUAS incentive scheme for
Director's approval.
Organise in-house
inspectors to check the works progressively and in a timely manner
to establish benchmarks for the quality of works.
Guide site team in conducting own quality checks and
making good before actual assessment by relevant parties such as
Consultants, Client, BCA.
Attend quality
assessment conducted by BCA or delegate assistant to do
so.
Plan duties for Maintenance Department and
sub contractors in attending to clients or purchasers'
complaints.
Identify training needs / courses
related to quality and initiate training for staff when
required.
Job
Requirements :
Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction
Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 8
years of QA / QC experience in construction, with at least 3 years in
a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of ISO
9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant building codes.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage QA / QC
teams.
Strong communication, analytical, and
problem-solving skills.
