Roles & Responsibilities

We’re setting up a brand-new department focused on the procurement and management of specialized automotive parts for high-performance cars. This is not your typical admin role — we’re looking for someone with the drive to lead and grow the department over the next year.

💰 Salary & Career Path :

Starting : SGD $2,300 / month

Performance-based progression up to SGD $3,000 / month within 1 year

🔹 Key Responsibilities :

Manage local & overseas vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate communications.

Source, negotiate, and procure specialized automotive parts.

Prepare and manage multiple quotations with cross-currency exchange rate considerations, delivering precise final recommendations.

Maintain meticulous records and tracking using Excel and other tools.

Utilize AI tools for research, data management, and process efficiency (must be highly proficient).

Create accurate quotations and manage purchase orders.

Coordinate across time zones — including replying to urgent emails outside regular hours when necessary to meet deadlines.

Develop and refine workflows as the department grows, taking on a leadership role in the near future.
