Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Executive / Higher Executive - Applications (Information Technology) plays a dual role as a Business Analyst and Technical Lead, driving the design and implementation of enterprise applications and cloud-based solutions. This includes leading initiatives in Microsoft Azure, Full Stack Web Development, and Low-Code Platforms such as OutSystems. The role involves analysing business requirements, designing system solutions, ensuring technical feasibility, and managing stakeholder expectations. The incumbent will also lead technical teams, guide solution architecture, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

He / She possesses strong analytical and leadership skills, is adept at navigating complex technical landscapes, and communicates effectively across business and technical domains.

Job Responsibilities

Identify business needs

• Liaise with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and pain points.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
• Develop business cases highlighting benefits, risks, and ROI of cloud and web-based initiatives.

Analyse business processes

Develop technical specification & Lead Implementation

Facilitate change management

Manage programmes & Technical Delivery
