Job Responsibilities :
Manage reception and customer service, including calls, walk-ins, and deliveriesProvides basic first aid and overseas student welfare items like uniforms and lost & foundLiaises with parents and students on documents and MC submissionsHandles printing, filing, and student report book administrationSupports general office tasks and ad-hoc dutiesJob Requirements :
Experience in customer service or admin supportGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to perform basic first aid when neededProficient in general office tasksOrganised and able to multitask effectivelyNext Step :
