Position : Freelance Private Early Childhood Educator
Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement individualised early childhood educational programs for children aged 2 to 6, focusing on fostering holistic development.
- Design engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Work with children of varying abilities, including those with learning or special needs, ensuring that each child receives personalised support.
- Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to provide updates on the child’s progress and offer guidance on how to extend learning at home.
- Provide a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and confidence.
- Keep up with current early childhood education practices, particularly in working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields.Previous experience working with children, particularly those with learning or special needs, is highly valued.Strong understanding of child development, early learning principles, and SEN support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to teaching.Ability to develop and adapt lesson plans based on the child’s individual progress and developmental needs.A passion for early education and a commitment to helping children thrive in their foundational years.Why Join Us?
