Roles & Responsibilities
Job duties and responsibilities as Sous Chef :
- Taking care of kitchen cooks
- Grooming kitchen supervisor to next level
- In charge of individual station
- Responsible for food quality and consistency within the station
- Involve in daily ordering
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / ”O” Level, Professional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any fieldsAt least 3 year(s) of working experience in related fieldCandidate with F&B related experience will be an advantagePossess excellent analytical, organizational and communication skillsPossess servant leadership and problem solving skillsEnthusiasm, resilience and a strong team playerPleasantpersonalityGood communication and interpersonal skillsStaff Benefits :
