Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Assist with recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Support payroll and benefits administration
• Help implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Assist with employee engagement and training activities
• Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, etc.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
