Job
scope : Creating,
implementing and managing the online and offline marketing strategy
across a variety of brands and platforms
Overseeing the marketing budget to ensure resources are
allocated effectively and efficiently
Management of social media channels Facebook, Instagram,
Xiao Hong Shu, company website and E-commerce website
Coordinating and follow through with daily online sales
fulfilment
Evaluating current marketing
program and recommending improvements, stay updated with latest
marketing trends and competitor activities
Designing and developing online and offline marketing
collateral - Signages, Banners, Ads, Posters, Social Media
material, EDMs, etc.
Building relationships
with key media, agencies, vendors and brands to develop engaging
content for print, digital and in-store communications
channel
Liaising with suppliers, vendors &
third-party business partners to ensure marketing objectives are
met according to branding guidelines & artistic
integrity.
Developing, executing and
maintaining a creative in-store visual merchandising
strategy
Duties assigned as deemed appropriate
for Marketing Executive
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or
equivalent
Minimum 3 years of related working
experience in retail industry
Experience in
Meta Business Suite, E-commerce (ideally Shopify), Google
Analytics, Adobe Illustrator & Wordpress
Experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
software would be an advantage
E-commerce
experience is a plus, experience in retail would be an
advantage
Good understanding of digital
marketing concepts and best
practices
