Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a capable and committed Operation and HSE Executive / Senior Executive to ensure the smooth integration of safety and operational functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations while maintaining full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth coordination of all safety and operational activities across departments and worksites.
- Develop and improve programs to maintain employee safety and ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations.
- Lead and manage the operations team to achieve performance goals while adhering to SOPs and work instructions.
- Manage NEA, bizSAFE, licenses, and internal audits, ensuring compliance with ISO and OHSAS standards.
- Conduct HSSE briefings, trainings, safety inspections, and meetings to promote safety awareness.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Participate in risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare reports on operations and safety for management and regulators.
- Support ad-hoc projects and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Engineering (Environmental, Health, Safety) or equivalent.Registered Safety Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) .Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with SCDF .Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in operations and HSE.Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and audit processes.Possession of a Forklift License will be an added advantage.Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred Skills
