M&E Manager

We Are Looking For :

An experienced M&E Manager who can lead, coordinate, and deliver mechanical and electrical works with precision, quality, and safety on complex construction projects.

Responsibilities :

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of M&E installation works across multiple sites.
• Supervise and collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Manage variation works, track changes from clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and report to the Head of Projects / Project Manager.
• Monitor and ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with specifications, standards, and site inspections.
• Review, verify, and approve submissions and documentation from subcontractors.
• Enforce construction procedures, safety practices, and site regulations.
• Mentor, guide, and support site engineers and M&E team members for optimal performance.
