M&E Manager

Our client is one of Singapore's leading A1 civil contracting firm which has a strong construction portfolio in government and public sector projects. They are looking for M&E Manager to manage a large scale complex commercial building project.

Job Description :

• Conducting site inspection, quality checks and method statement
• Identifying variation works and submit detailed cost implications to Contracts Manager
• Supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their works in accordance with the M&E drawings and specifications
• Identify drawing discrepancies or flaws and constantly track construction progress and schedule on-site supervisions
