Ability to converse in Mandarin language to communicate with colleagues.

- Act as a reference for customers providing product information.
- Assess customer requirements, discuss questions and adapt training delivery.
- Gain industry insights by interacting with customers to understand competition and market conditions.
- Rapidly respond to customer needs while supporting team decisions and goals.
- Attend supplier lessons and tests to enhance knowledge.
