Product Engineer (eBeam)

Preferred Qualifications

As a member of the KLA Services Engineering team, the candidate will be the engineering tool owner and will coordinate tool operating and maintenance activities across multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with the KLA global tool user community to ensure local tools are available for engineers worldwide during their work shifts.
• Complete critical tool performance calibration, specification validation, and periodic preventative maintenance.
• Monitor local and remote tool performance, and assist resolving tool issues.
• In the event of challenging tool problems, perform detailed investigation into the root cause of the tool failure through a structured problem-solving process.
• During critical activities, evening and weekend on-call support may be needed.
• Author clear and concise summaries of test results to share lessons learned with the technical community, and drive updates to service procedures on both development versions and released versions of tool products.
• Troubleshoot and maintain eBeam tools to maintain both tool performance and uptime at high levels.
• Work in an ISO Class 5 cleanroom.
• Travel up to 25% of the time. Travel may be higher during initial training.
• This role requires 5 days a week onsite presence.
