Roles & Responsibilities

Introduction

BEOL process integration lead in RF technology development team

Your Job :

• Responsible for development, optimization, and qualification of BEOL semiconductor devices and processes to meet performance requirements
• DOE design, execution, and analysis of results.
• Partner with process module engineers to improve device / yield performance.
• Own and drive technical process problem solving.
• Interact with internal & external customers and respond to technical queries.
• Establish new technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies.
• Innovate new methods of continuous process / device improvement.

Required Qualifications :

2 year’s relevant experience for PhD, >

5 years for Degree.
