Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resources Executive / HR & Admin Officer / HR Generalist / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Administrator

Permanent Position / MNC / Near MRT / Immediate Hiring
5 days' work week; Monday to Friday : 8.15am – 5.45pm
AWS bonus, Annual Leave, Medical Benefit, Dental Benefit

Our client is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing solutions provider.

Responsibilities :

Business & Operational Support : Collaborate closely with operational teams to provide strategic HR support

Payroll : Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with statutory regulations and company policies

Recruitment : Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle

Employee Retention : Build and manage strategies to keep employees engaged and reduce turnover

Employee Engagement : Help resolve employee issues and provide advice on performance and discipline

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent qualification

3-5 years of HR working experience especially payroll and key HR operations, preferably in Manufacturing industry

Can start work immediately or at a short notice

Salary will be commensurate with experience, qualification and the seniority of the position
