Roles & Responsibilities
Applicant to work as an assistant to existing Chief Cook. Able to assist in preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety and sanitation, managing inventory and ordering, and ensuring appealing plate presentation and menu compliance. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily food preparation and service, checking food freshness, cleaning and organizing the kitchen and equipment, and assisting in menu development and staff training. The location is a coffeeshop bistro bar at Tanjong Pagar.
