Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the operations of assigned projects, managing resources andproviding leadership to ensure efficient and timely achievement of project milestones. Support manager in administrative, finance, operations and development roles. Plan,implement and support the project's daily operational functions, including special projects.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Ensure efficient operation of services in alignment with project plan and timeline.

2.Develop and monitor key performance indicators and ensure optimum utilization of

resources to fulfil indicators.

3.Continuously identify service discrepancy and work on process improvement.

4.Design new services and improve work process to meet key performance indicators.

5.Ensure timely collection and analysis of data from nursing homes.

6.Ensure data quality integrity, for effective and accurate data reporting.

7.Deliver regular reports supported by analysis of program’s key performance indicator.

8.Generate meaningful data visualisation for analysis.

9.Deliver data analysis and outcomes in a useful and insightful manner tostakeholders.

10.Monitor and track tasks and develop initiatives to best support project aims

11.Work closely with team members, hospital doctors and nursing home administrators

and staff to ensure smooth running of activities and on issues related to workflows

and programme activities.

12.Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with staff and nursing homes.

13.Provide support in ensuring that all audit and regulatory requirements are met.

14. Takes on any additional responsibilities as assigned.

15. To mentor and supervise new staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Health Sciences / Nursing / Public Health or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in clinical or clinical operations role in healthcare setting
  • Resourceful and organized individual who has positive attitude, initiative and keenness to learn
  • Possesses strong written, analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • An interest and aptitude for SPSS would be an advantage
