Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials / services and manage logistics processes effectively.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports for senior management.
• Use data analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with departments such as finance, HR, sales, and customer service to align operational goals.
• Act as a liaison between upper management and frontline employees.
