Key Responsibilities

• Market Research and Analysis : Conduct research to identify market trends, understand customer needs, and analyse competitor strategies.
• Strategy Development : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to promote products and services.
• Campaign Execution : Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Lead Generation : Actively identify and attract new clients and prospective customers through various methods.
• Sales Pipeline Management : Nurture leads through the sales process, developing the sales pipeline and meeting sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis and Reporting : Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse sales and marketing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and prepare reports for management.
• Budget Management : Create and manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives.
