Job descriptionPreparing Commercial Invoice / Packing List Shipping agency – report arrival & departure of vessels, crew handling Attend to vessels in Jurong Fishery Port & all other agency duties including using port system etc Perform Custom permits declarations for import / export shipment Be available to support operations outside regular office hours, due to the unpredictable nature of vessel schedules, where ships may arrive, depart, or require urgent clearance at any time. Attend to for the administrative duties With relevant working experience in custom permit declaration. Willing to travel to ports, vessels, and client meetings as required. Possess Class 3 driving license is an advantage (not compulsory) Required to work on irregular schedules, including after office hours, weekends, and public holidays

- Location : Chinatown
- Working days : Monday - Friday (830am - 530pm) Alt Saturday (830am - 12pm)
- Salary : $2,800 - $4,000
