Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Implement and monitor QAQC policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (BRC, HACCP, FSSC, GMP).
Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to maintain consistent product quality.
Develop and maintain proper documentation and records for audits and regulatory inspections.
Investigate and resolve quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure continuous improvement in quality standards.
Conduct training sessions for staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality control practices.
Support internal and external audits, including certification renewals.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QAQC within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (BRC, HACCP, FSSC, GMP).
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
