Job Description

Assist in the calculation of daily, monthly and quarterly risk and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Contribute to performance attribution analysis including the use of factor models across asset classes and strategies, help identify drivers of alpha and risk-adjusted returns

Maintain and update risk databases, ensuring all records are current and well-organised

Produce and automate various performance reports such as building dashboards and visualizations via Excel or Tableu

Work closely with operations and investments team to reconcile the discrepancies in data

Contribute to the development of risk management frameworks and processes

Monitor compliance with established risk policies and escalate issues as needed

Provide general administrative support to the Risk & Compliance department

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools will be advantageous
