Part Time Warehouse Assistant (Logistic) - OUTDOOR VENTURE PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

You are responsible for the below warehouse operations.

• Able to operate via handheld device.
• Compile basic data reporting.
• Verify & ensure the accuracy of all incoming & outgoing shipments.
• Ensure accurate input of in / out stock in the company’s ERP system
• Check & inform Operations Executive all returned items quality condition as per checklist.
• Ensure all stock items are properly put back & well labelled to the storage area according to the planned floor plan.
• Responsible for day-to-day picking, packing & barcoding before delivery according to the plan delivery schedule.
• Ensure assigned warehouse areas are clean, neat & organized.
• Responsible for the security of inventory in the assigned warehouse area.
• Responsible for warehouse stock discrepancies / missing in the assigned warehouse area.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.
