Coordinate and manage annual audits with
external auditors.
Independently prepare and
file GST and corporate tax returns.
Manage
company licenses and compliance requirements (e.g., BCA
certification).
Handle payroll processing and
CPF submissions for employees.
Oversee
project-related payments and accounting entries.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and conduct
financial analysis and cost control.
Supervise
daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and
compliance.
Liaise with banks, tax
authorities, and other relevant external parties.
Lead and mentor the finance team to improve efficiency
and accuracy.
Job
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or
related fields.
Minimum 3 years of finance
management experience, preferably in construction or related
industries.
In-depth knowledge of Singapore
tax regulations and GST filing.
Familiarity
with construction industry licenses and compliance
requirements.
Strong financial analysis,
communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in financial software and MS
Office.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and
experienced in team management.
Able to speak
and write in Mandarin to communicate
with internal
stakeholders.
