Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Architectural Focus :

  • Develop and maintain BIM models in line with company standards and project requirements.
  • Prepare design, tender, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with consultants and project teams to ensure accurate submissions and updates.
  • Use Revit / Navisworks for clash detection and propose practical design solutions.

    • Civil & Structural Focus :

  • Prepare engineering, detailed, and construction drawings using BIM software.
  • Develop and maintain material specifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to gather project requirements.
  • Manage Corenet submissions and coordinate with regulatory authorities.
  • Support site teams with construction documentation and technical clarifications.

    • Common to Both :

  • Coordinate BIM workflows and streamline project processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve modelling or coordination issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

    • Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling (Architectural and / or C&S projects).
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and familiar with Navisworks.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Corenet submissions and local building regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
