Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Provide customer service support like handling queries
  • Collation and checking of grant applications, claims, statistics
  • Data recording, scanning, filing and monitoring
  • Contacting external parties / applicants on grant application issues
  • Assist in organizing training workshops
  • Provide logistic support for events
  • Provide support for user testing of system

Requirements :

  • Possess at least A Levels or Diploma in any field
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months
  • Able to commence work immediately or in short notice
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided.
  • Keen interest in the healthcare / medical industry
