Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of early talent programs, including onboarding, development sessions, engagement, and offboarding.
- Plan and execute program events such as workshops, networking sessions, and recognition activities.
- Manage internal communications and updates related to program milestones and activities.
- Track attendance, maintain records, collect feedback, and assist in preparing program reports.
- Collaborate with recruiters, HR, hiring managers, and other teams to align on timelines and participant needs.
- Support employer branding and engagement efforts through social media and campus activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years' experience in program coordination, HR, events, or talent development (early careers experience preferred).Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.Collaborative, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused team player.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or ATS tools is a plus.Genuine interest in supporting early career talent and enhancing their development experience.If you have what it takes, please send your resume to syafiqah@ambition.com.sg or click APPLY NOW.
