Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Develop and maintain CAD / BIM Drawings.
• Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings.
• Revise drawings based on instructions / comments from engineers / coordination with clients.
• Work closely with the design team members of individual Project management.
• Assist Engineers in compliance with Project Design Criteria / BIM Executive Plan.
• Assist in the coordination of Project Drawings and manage Revit models.
• Responsible for receiving, registering, filling, and distributing documents for the detailed engineering section.
• Develop computer-generated drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules, and data sheets.
• Perform other related work duties as assigned by the reported supervisor.
• Minimum 2 years M&E related experience. Preferred with data center experience
• Experienced in Revit Modelling & Parameters
• Must have Revit Certification
• Must be skilled in BIM Software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
• Review all work for completeness and accuracy
• Detailed and meticulous with strong problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Able to perform under pressure and multi-task
• Able to travel and understand client requirements
• Document control skills. As designers will be regularly updated to client (via procore)
