Responsibilities :
Provide technical support for software, hardware, and solutions to stakeholders (service technicians, sales team, helpdesk, customers), including diagnosing equipment malfunctions and troubleshooting remotely or on-siteSupport pre-sales activities with technical and solutions expertiseConduct training on products, software, and solutions for sales and service teamsProvide technical expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Visual Solution Products)Create learning materials and service tips to ensure effective knowledge transfer to service techniciansInstall software solutions and conduct training sessions for customersIssue spare parts and consumables to service techniciansPeriod :
