Job Description

We are looking for passionate, skilled, and motivated Hair Stylists to join our team at Flow Salon.

As part of our team, you will get to :

  • Deliver professional hair services including cutting, coloring, perming, styling, and treatments.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services.
  • Provide exceptional service to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and cared for.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and shared salon spaces.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, products, and techniques.
  • Contribute to team efforts in achieving sales and service targets.
  • Uphold the salon’s reputation for affordable luxury and top-tier service.

Requirements

We are looking for stylists who :

  • Have at least 5 years of experience as a hair stylist
  • Possess strong technical skills in at least one core area (cut, colour, perm, or treatment).
  • Comfortable with social media content creation.
  • Enjoy working with people and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Are team players with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Are willing to learn, grow, and adapt to salon standards and customer needs.
  • Can work on weekends and public holidays (with rest days scheduled).
