ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities :

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to expand our market reach and service capabilities.

Develop and implement partnership strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored partnership proposals and negotiate partnership agreements.

Manage ongoing relationships with banking partners, ensuring alignment with mutual goals and objectives.

Monitor partnership performance and conduct regular reviews to optimize partnership outcomes.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting banking partnerships.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership initiatives into overall business strategies.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.

Strong network and relationships within the banking sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and drive results.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
