Job descriptionPropose the structure of overseas study segments Manage the overall logistics and procurement matters of the overseas segments Plan, organise and oversee the various social and / or professional events organized for students. Handle student enquiries (e.g. pertaining to leave of absence, withdrawals, deferment or extension of candidature) in a timely and effective manner, in line with University policies and programme standards Monitor student’s graduating status and schedule-related activities Degree holder, preferably with 8 years of relevant work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Powerpoint and meticulous with a keen eye for details and a good team player. Quality and customer-service oriented. Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
1. Programme Operations and Course Management
- Work closely with the Academic Director and course instructors on course curriculum design, review and timetabling
- Manage course registration, examination and related matters
- Provide robust support for course instructors to ensure smooth lesson delivery
- Monitor market trends and undertake active collation of statistics and data such as student feedback required for different surveys and reports
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of student records and databases
- Procurement of course materials
