Job Summary :
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Marketing and CRM Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies and manage customer relationships to drive business growth and brand loyalty for our brand.
- The successful candidate will lead marketing and CRM campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our brandOptimize CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and loyaltyAnalyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviorsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, and Communications) to align marketing strategies with business objectivesDevelop and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and media outletsEnsure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communicationsStay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and tools, making recommendations for their adoption and implementationRequirements :
Degree in Marketing or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in marketing and CRM, with a focus on luxury or high-performance brandsProven track record of successful marketing campaigns and CRM strategies. Meticulous and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindsetExcellent communication, project management, and leadership skillsFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms and tools (e.g. Salesforce)Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Working hours :
Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm
Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
