Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality care, supervision, and education to infants in line with the centre’s curriculum and ECDA guidelines.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support infants’ physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Create a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment that promotes infants’ curiosity and growth.
• Monitor and document infants’ daily routines, progress, and development milestones.
• Communicate regularly with parents / guardians on infants’ progress, routines, and any concerns.
• Ensure infants’ health, hygiene, and safety needs are met at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional environment.
