Job description

Provide contract management support to the Company in the varied, dynamic and fast-paced areas of IT services.

Draft, review and preparation of various types of contracts and agreements, including IT contracts on system / software / hardware acquisition, maintenance contracts, non-disclosure agreements, addendums,

Review of schedules and requirement specifications for IT contracts, including service level agreements and functional / technical requirements

Drafting and preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and working with IT project managers on RFP and / or proposal clarifications.

Working closely with other functions in Procurement department and Legal department during the RFP and contract drafting process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with prior experience
Possess an analytical mind, an eye for detail and basic knowledge of general contract law
Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency or experience in Ariba (e-Procurement System) will be an added advantage
