Overview

Services Required :

The Digital Literacies Educator will provide the following services :

Key Responsibilities

Nurture an e-Learning / ePedagogy culture in the school.

Create e-Learning content and design digital / interactive resources for teachers.

Provide software and technical assistance to staff and students.

Compile student showcase projects and guide / coach students through ICT competitions.

Facilitating student-led tech projects, maker spaces.

Assist in developing and researching IT solutions.

Collaborate with the HOD EdTech to spearhead IT initiatives.

Touch Typing

Mother Tongue text input (Windows IME, Creative Hansvision, Malay, and Tamil languages)

Mother Tongue apps and related EdTech

Cyber Wellness topics

E-Learning Portal / Student Learning Space

Utilizing Multimedia facilities (Scanner, Digital Camera)

Basic photo editing (Adobe Photoshop)

Presentation graphics (MS Word, MS PowerPoint)

Web graphics (basic)

Microsoft Office / Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Adobe Software (Flash, Fireworks, etc.)

Basic video production (Premiere Pro or Microsoft Video Editor)

Coding (Scratch, Microbit)

AI / Prompt engineering courses
