Job descriptionMinimum 10 years of experience in design, innovation consultancy, UX or UX engineering or creative technology Able to lead projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, working with and managing team members across disciplines Able to leverage a variety of research, design methods and prototyping tools to validate ideas Able to navigate ambiguity Able to balance between user, technical, and operational needs Able to clearly communicate risks and practical considerations Experience in mentoring and fostering curiosity, learning, and systems thinking A strong communicator and storyteller who can build trust quickly and bring people together
Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end design and innovation engagements (discovery, creation of working prototypes and proof of concepts)
- Lead research, strategic framing, and hands‑on prototype building
- Offering leadership, strategies and support to product teams
- Infuse emerging technologies to public sector use cases by facilitating between agencies and industry partners
- Writing the innovation playbook by combining methodologies, tools, templates and case studies
- Coach and advocate of user-centered innovation practices
