Job Description :

The Post-Operations Administrator will be responsible for supporting the operations team by handling administrative tasks after service delivery, ensuring smooth workflow, documentation accuracy, and timely follow-up with relevant departments and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process and maintain service reports and post-operation documents
  • Verify and update internal records and databases
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer service teams
  • Track pending tasks and ensure timely closures
  • Prepare and share periodic post-operation reports
  • Assist in invoicing and payment follow-ups when required
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team
