Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily operations, ensure food quality and service standards.
Optimize costs and improve overall profitability.
Supervise and train store managers and staff, monitor sales performance.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies, and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
Minimum 5 years of food and beverage experience, including at least 3 years in a management position.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of food and beverage operations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and local regulations.
Customer-oriented and demonstrated ability to achieve business goals.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
