Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. The incumbent's responsibilities include providing pre‑sales and post‑sales support to customers on semiconductor testing and maintaining customer satisfaction in order to become or remain the preferred tester platform.

Division : System Application Engineering Division

Reporting to : Manager

Responsibilities

• Project delivery and support of Test Program / Test Library creation, conversion or consultation as required by Customer
• Provide support and consultation for Hardware and Software solutions for Customer Projects
• Post‑sales consulting and support including test methodology enhancements and modifications, test hardware / software feature recommendations, and audit
• Support and debug production issues like correlation, test time yield discrepancy, etc
• Delivery of application training, knowledge transfer and skill‑up for Customer
