Job descriptionSort and organize invoices into the correct folders (physical and / or digital). Process staff claims, reimbursements, and expense tracking. Assist in invoice management and vendor payment processing. Update and reconcile financial records and reports. Support preparation of budget and expense summaries for management. Prepare reports using Google Sheets / Docs and Microsoft Excel / Word. Conduct research and provide administrative support for HR & Finance projects. Assist in ad-hoc tasks and cross-department initiatives. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree / diploma in HR, Finance, Business, or related fields. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). A team player with initiative and willingness to learn.
