The Role :

The Construction Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from planning and coordination to execution and delivery. This encompasses establishing project objectives, scope, and deliverables; developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations; liaising with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors; managing procurement processes; overseeing budgeting and cost control; conducting regular site inspections; maintaining effective communication with project team members and stakeholders.

This role demands a strong leader who can foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction project management. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, construction management software, project scheduling tools, and cost estimation software is also required.

The successful candidate will have exceptional project management skills, including effective planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks. They should also have strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications is an added advantage.
