Roles & Responsibilities

Basic UP$4000 + Allowances
Company located at Changi Airfreight Centre
Working hours : Monday-Friday : 8 : 30am-6pm, Alternate Saturday half day
Well Established MNC Freight Forwarding Company
AWS + Variable Bonus + Excellent Welfare

Job Scope

Liaise with customers on shipment instructions and booking updates

Checking on Permit declarations

Coordinate, booking and tracking of Export shipments

Handle transportation schedule and operations duties

Monitor shipment status and update customer and sales team

Negotiating of airline buying rates

Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates

Prepare necessary documents for internal stakeholders to follow up

Checking of shipments status

Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirement

Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline

1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
