The Job
- Manage and grow key accounts to ensure long-term client satisfaction and business continuity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while identifying opportunities to expand the scope of products or services provided.
- Identify and develop opportunities in untapped or emerging markets.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to gain market insights and generate new business leads.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared KPIs and sales targets.
The Talent
5 years of experience in key account management.Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business (SEA region).Technical or engineering background is an advantage.Strong ability to manage and follow through on long-term projects.Highly task-oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure.Proactive, with a positive "can-do" attitude.Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is an added advantage.Next Steps :
