Key Responsibilities :
End-to-End Training Administration :
- Creation of courses in system
- Guide Staff to apply learning
- Liaise with training provider and confirm course schedule with Staff
- Process Invoice in ERP
- Communicate Course Confirmation to Staff
- Ensure Staff attends and complete Post-Course Evaluation
- Update Staff Training Records manually
Requirements :
Minimum O-Level qualification.Prior training administrative experience is an advantage.Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Immediate starters preferredTell employers what skills you have
