About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) and a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure systems, manage implementations, and ensure successful adoption and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and prepare detailed functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Manufacturing, and Warehousing.
• Plan and execute data migration and system integration activities.
• Develop and deliver user documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Coordinate project tasks and track progress using Azure DevOps Boards and JIRA.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support.
• Work closely with technical consultants and project managers to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft ecosystem innovations.
